We serve patients in English and Spanish across the Front Range metro area. Our navigators hold current certifications from the Colorado Division of Insurance and complete annual re-training on marketplace changes, Special Enrollment Periods, and Medicaid expansion provisions.
Learn more →Medical Bill Review & Negotiation
Our billing specialists analyze hospital and provider invoices line by line, identifying upcoding errors, duplicate charges, unbundled procedure codes, and balance-billing violations. On average, patients who complete our review process see a 42% reduction in their out-of-pocket liability. We negotiate directly with providers and collections agencies on your behalf at no cost, helping prevent medical debt from damaging your credit and financial wellbeing.

Patient Stories
Hear from Colorado residents who received free advocacy support through Common Sense Healthcare.
"After my surgery, I received a $14,000 bill that my insurance said was out-of-network. Common Sense Healthcare reviewed everything and found that the anesthesiologist was the only out-of-network provider. They filed a No Surprises Act complaint and got the entire balance written off. I would have been in debt for years without their help."
"I had no idea I qualified for marketplace subsidies. The navigator at Common Sense Healthcare walked me through the entire enrollment process and I went from paying $620 a month for insurance to $180. That extra $440 a month changed my family's life."
"My daughter's insulin prior authorization was denied three times. Rob's team wrote a clinical necessity letter, coordinated with our endocrinologist, and filed an external appeal through the state. The denial was reversed in twelve days. They literally saved her health."
